Henisha started every coaching session with a very holistic and welcoming approach. Coming out of each session, I felt more equipped to handle day to day issues I face in my work. Thanks to the warm and inviting nature of each session, group interactions occurred naturally and with strong participation.
We generally followed a reasonably structured program and sets of activities, but Henisha allotted key points throughout for open dialogue and diverse perspectives, which she greatly encouraged. Where participation was at a lull, she would take on a moderation role and initiate discussion with open ended questions either generally or following a remark made. This generally allowed for the best level of participation in group discussion. While she was able to goad greater participation by teammates who were typically shy, she knew when to accept lower participation by those who are simply not as comfortable.
I’d recommend her sessions to teams looking to improve in areas of mindful workflow management, organization for managing the highs and lows in work, recognizing and breaking negative patterns of behavior, how to stay on track, and reap the rewards of maximized productivity.
